“The location is exceptional with trams literally at your door steps opening up to many adventures in your Melbourne stay. Trams leave and arrive at quite convenient times during the day as well. The room itself was very spacious and kept tidy with separat bedroom and great kitchen. The only draw back as being discussed here in reviews already is the shower is difficult to negotiate and also the spa doesn't work. All in all i would have no hesitation in coming back and thoroughly recommend this accommodation.”

“The central location of our apartment enabled us to walk to most of our engagements over the 4 days we were there. There was a tram at the door and 4stations within a 5 minute walk. The apartment itself was extremely spacious and very well equipped. It was surprisingly quiet with the bedroom towards the back. It will definitely be our first accommodation preference for our next trip to Melbourne. The price made it extremely good value for money.”

“Everything was really great; side of rooms, full amenities walking distance to everything in the city…we walked to MCG not too far and large bathroom Only issue was the bed… the two single beds on wheels pushed together did not provide comfort for a couple who likes to sleep close together. They separated at night wheels did not lock and there was a significant gap at times and we had to keep pushing them back together. There was also uncomfortable ridges in the centre of the bed when together. I understand that this set up provides options to have two singles when required and is great. My friend has this for her spare room but the two beds she has join and you would not even know they are singles. Consider investing in this type of bed that goes together securely. Other than this it was a great stay”

“These apartments are located in a very good location on Bourke Street. There are Ezy Marts, Seven Elevens and other stores, notwithstanding Kmart, David Jones and Myers, all within easy walking distance. Only half a block away from the Bourke Street Mall. Eating establishments either side of the street and a nice hotel not 200 metres away. When out on the balcony, one downside would be the noise of the trams every few minutes. But on the good side the 96 tram is on the route to Southern Cross Station.”

“Have stayed here many, many times. The location is excellent. the building is a bit tired but our room on this occasion was very good (2 bedroom apartment). The major downside was that the apartment air conditioner was set in some energy saving mode so couldn't be turned on. As the apartment faced west, we had full sun on all the floor to ceiling windows all afternoon and it was extremely hot. There was a large portable air conditioner in each bedroom, but while they blew cool air out the front, they blasted hot air out the back as there was no ducting to carry the hot air outside. There was absolutely no point to having them. When we were checking out and I mentioned it to the receptionist, he said we should have told him as he knew how to switch the main one on!!!. It was the weekend so there was no-one on reception by the time we discovered the issue. It made for a quite uncomfortable atmosphere inside. We would certainly stay again, but I would definitely check that everything was operational while reception staff are still available next time.”
